1. Background Information

HMCTS have applied for permission to provide new telecommunications apparatus at the Warwickshire Justice Centre, 2 Vicarage Street, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV11 4JU.

As part of this a Code (part of the communications act 2003) agreement is required for BT Openreach on behalf of HMCTS to lay 70m of cable in the building and 1 terminal box on the second floor.

Once approval is given works can commence.

Revenue : The OPCC is granting rights for an ongoing service agreement which is funded by HMCTS.  Any legal costs will be recovered from HMTCS.
