The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire (OPCC) is politically neutral and we cannot endorse or support any one candidate over another. The OPCC is not responsible for the organisation of the elections – see our Election Information page for more details of the Police Area Returning Officer.
You will be able to find information about the individual candidates for PCC elections on a national website, run by the Home Office, once the deadline for nominations has closed. From Friday 17 April 2020 the ‘Choose my PCC’ website will have individual candidate statements of those standing in the PCC election, available to view by police area, with a PDF booklet of all the statements for each police area available to download.
Please go to https://www.choosemypcc.org.uk for further information.
Any events held by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire for potential candidates will appear on this page.
Candidate briefing information
The Office of the PCC will be providing information about the role of a PCC and holding a briefing event at Police Headquarters, Leek Wootton, shortly after the deadline for nominations.
The event will also include a briefing from the PARO for confirmed candidates.
Details will be provided to all candidates once nominations have closed.
