The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner rents office space from Warwickshire County Council at 3 Northgate St, Warwick CV34 4SP.
The Police and Crime Commissioner is required to publish a list of premises and land owned, or occupied for the purposes of the Police and Crime Commissioner. This information is to be published as soon as possible after the election and reviewed annually.
Warwickshire Police and West Mercia Police Estate Strategy
The Estate Strategy reviews and outline the medium to long-term strategic direction of the combined estate of the alliance forces of Warwickshire Police and West Mercia Police.
Estate Strategy Final – March 2015
On 1st September 2015 the Place Partnership agreement was signed. This agreement is a collaboration between Warwickshire Police and its OPCC, West Mercia Police and its OPCC, Hereford and Worcester Fire Authority, Redditch Borough Council, Worcester City Council and Worcestershire County Council.
