Each month Warwickshire Police and Crime Commissioner Philip Seccombe publishes an email newsletter, detailing his activities and the latest news from the office. It provides an insight into the work being undertaken to keep Warwickshire residents safe and support projects and initiatives which tackle crime in the area.
This month’s newsletter reveals the winner of the first PCC Award for Excellence in Policing and Community Safety, reflects on the 16oth anniversary celebrations for Warwickshire Police and gives news on a new emergency services collaboration board in the county. Also included are updates on a visit to the Leamington Justice Centre by Home Secretary Amber Rudd, a video of a trip to see the PCC-funded RoSA charity and news of a rural crime meeting in Fillongley. Finally, details of the PCC Grants scheme were revealed for 2018/19, with applications now sought from community groups and worthy causes.
